Shipping times depend on your location:

• Local (UAE): 1–2 business days
• GCC countries: 3–5 business days
• International: 7–14 business days

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is dispatched.

We offer a 30-day return policy on all eligible items.

To initiate a return:

1. Log in to your account and go to Orders
2. Select the order and click Request Return
3. Choose the items and reason for return
4. Print the prepaid return label and drop off the package

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the item.
